Description:

The formwork of the self-launching formwork is a system of panels and steel structures that allows the construction of the pier slab supported on a series of circular piles covered with a metal liner. The equipment allows the extension of the dock in 5 positions, a first of 10.4 m, the following 3 positions of 13.5m and a last of 7.1m.
The self-launching falsework system is made up of a series of supports arranged in 4 consecutive lines of piles and the formwork structure itself, which rests on them.
The first three lines of supports are to support the structure during the concreting of the installation, while the next row is placed to allow the advance of the structure to the next installation.
