This year, Rúbrica participated in the 36th convention of the ASBI (American Segmental Bridge Institute) Congress, held in Atlanta, USA. This prestigious event brought together leading figures from the bridge engineering sector and served as the ideal platform to showcase our latest innovations and customized solutions for bridge construction and specialized infrastructure projects.
Our Commercial Director, Juan Novoa, along with the Division Manager for Bridges and Special Projects, Javier Fernández, actively participated in the congress, presenting how our tailored solutions have been key to transforming and optimizing large-scale projects. Once again, Rúbrica demonstrated its commitment to cutting-edge engineering and adaptability in high-impact infrastructure projects.
Optimization in the Construction of the Cebu Bridge
In collaboration with Acciona, our client responsible for the construction of the Cebu Bridge, one of the highlights of the day was the talk delivered by Juan Novoa, where he explained in detail how Rúbrica optimized the execution of this project, the longest bridge in the Philippines. During his presentation, Juan emphasized how, thanks to Rúbrica’s innovative and customized solutions, the project’s efficiency was improved in terms of time, cost, and safety. He also highlighted the tangible impact Rúbrica can bring to large-scale and complex projects. Laura Granda Sansegundo, a representative from Acciona, was also present and shared her perspective on her company’s crucial role in the bridge’s construction, highlighting the collaboration between both companies to ensure the success of this major infrastructure project. This synergy underscores Rúbrica’s commitment to optimizing infrastructure projects and its ability to provide customized solutions for large engineering ventures.
