Rubrica engineering has designed and manufactured a formwork for the construction of a curved slab inside the Princess Hill Tunnel in Hong Kong.

The formwork panels have dimensions of 13.00 mts x 12.00 mts and a variable height of 6.00 mts to 7.30 mts. (approx.) The support structure joins the panels and consists of four hydraulic telescopic feet that allow vertical movement. They also have 12 telescopic legs, manually fastened by bolts, which carry the loads to the lower slab where the adjustable spindles are placed. The formwork is adjustable in height, to make two types of sections, each with cant that vary from 0% to 7%. The load capacity of concrete is 150Tn.

CHARACTERISTICS
