Rubrica is currently doing the formal implementation of the Quality Management System according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001 regulatory requirements. In order to do that all the procedures and work instructions with the description of our activities have been developed, including those Quality Management procedures such as Non Conformities management, Internal Audits and Corrective and preventive actions management. The Quality Department of Rubrica is at all our clients and suppliers disposal to attend any questions or suggestions about the Quality Management System.
